The Cheats terminal is located directly outside of the player cabins. The Cheats terminal is only available on the Experimental Branch of the game, and can be used for testing purpose, it was added in Update 14: "Feature Creep". Don't forget to change the Steam "Betas" tab to "NONE" when you would like to play on the Live version. Your progress from the Experimental Branch does not transfer to the Live build.
